All the emails from the IAOT are of a unified form that conforms to the visual style of the company. The message of the email starts in the top left corner and is written in Arial CE size 9 – see Main type, aligned to the left.
Individual paragraphs are divided by a single space and the message concludes with a final greeting and contact information. The logo of the IAOT in the standard colour design in the top right corner – see Logo – Colour design is aligned with the text. Its position under the name of the sender helps to quickly identify the company.
The electronic signature is formatted in the html version to maintain a small data size and the correct design.
